Mickey Konson is CEO of Quantum Lending Solutions, an AI-powered lending platform helping banks, fintechs, and marketplaces deliver responsible credit to small businesses. With 25 years of experience spanning fintech startups and major regulated banks, he has worked across all major SMB lending, payments and banking products.

He previously co-founded StreetShares, a fintech that processed small business loans, LOCs and credit cards for 500 financial institutions and was acquired by MeridianLink (NYSE: MLNK) in 2022. Before that, he spent over a decade at Capital One, where he helped build out small business payments and lending business from the ground up. Mickey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.
