Speaker Application Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in speaking at Fintech Meetup 2027! Our program is built around transformative ideas and bold conversations that shape the future of fintech. By submitting a speaker profile, you’re applying to join a curated session on our agenda, produced by the Fintech Meetup content team.

Who Should Apply

• We welcome speakers from across the financial ecosystem — banks, credit unions, fintechs, payments companies, lenders, regulators, and anyone working inside the machinery of financial services.
• We’re especially interested in people who can share real stories — what worked, what didn’t, what you learned, and how you navigated the messy, human parts of building trust, delivering change, or running critical systems.
• Consultants, advisors, analysts, journalists, and ecosystem builders are also encouraged to apply, particularly if you bring insight from working across multiple institutions.
• While many of our speakers are senior leaders — from Heads of Department to C‑suite — we consider anyone who plays a meaningful role in decision‑making, delivery, or oversight. If you have grounded experience that others can learn from, we want to hear from you.

Application Requirements

• Submit clear and compelling topic ideas that highlight your expertise and relevance to current industry challenges or opportunities.
• All speakers must confirm availability to attend the event in Las Vegas from February 22 - February 24, 2027.
• Speakers will receive a complimentary ticket to Fintech Meetup 2027. Please note that travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
