All food and beverage for Fintech Meetup 2027 must be ordered directly through The Venetian. Food and beverage is an exclusive venue service, so outside items cannot be brought into the event.

Important: No Outside Food or Beverage
No outside food or beverage is allowed at Fintech Meetup 2027.
Food and beverage is an exclusive service of The Venetian. Exhibitors may not bring in food or drinks from another vendor, retailer, or outside source.
Any outside food or beverage brought into the event will need to be discarded.
What Isn't Allowed?
Outside food and beverage includes everyday items you might otherwise bring with you or provide to attendees at your booth.
Examples of items not permitted include:
- Bottled water
- Juice
- Coffee & tea
- Alcohol
- Candy
- Cookies
- Chips
- Crackers
- Pastries
Planning to offer refreshments at your booth? Order them directly through The Venetian by January 22, 2027.
Where Can I Serve Food & Beverage?
All approved food and beverage must be contained entirely within your booth space.
Startup Kiosks
Startup kiosks are not permitted to have any food or beverage within their booth space.
If you're exhibiting from a startup kiosk, please do not order or plan to distribute food or drinks from your kiosk.
