Bernadette Ksepka is Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of Product Management for the Federal Reserve System’s FedNow Service, a real-time clearing and settlement service developed by the Federal Reserve Banks to support instant payments in the United States.
She leads FedNow Product Management activities which include understanding market needs for instant payments, supporting development of value-added services, establishing industry partnerships, and ensuring financial institution readiness to support adoption and innovation for the service.
