Dan Lemont is CIO and Executive Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Ally Financial, where he leads the company's enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, and data-driven innovation efforts. In this role, Dan oversees teams responsible for data engineering, data science, AI enablement, data governance and analytics, and technology operations that support Ally's digital-first banking and financial services business. 
 
Throughout his career, Dan has helped organizations harness the power of data to improve decision-making, drive operational excellence, and deliver better customer experiences. He is known for his leadership in data transformation, innovation, change management, and strategy, with a focus on building scalable platforms that enable responsible and impactful use of data and artificial intelligence. 
 
Prior to his current role, Dan held a variety of leadership positions across Ally, giving him deep experience in financial services. Prior to joining Ally, Dan held various global technology roles at Pfizer pharmaceuticals. 
 
Dan earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. He is on the board at Digital Lakes and sits on the AI Advisory Boards of Consumer Bankers Association and American Banker.
