Previously, Jennifer has held senior leadership roles across TD Bank, Bank of America, and MBNA Corporation during a 28-year career in financial services, payments, and insurance. She has led businesses spanning payments, credit cards, insurance, operations, and deposits across these organizations, with a strong track record of driving large-scale transformation and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
