Martha Salinas is a seasoned global FinTech executive and board director with over two decades of experience leading high-growth, innovation-driven organizations across public, private equity, and startup environments. As Chief Commercial Officer at TreviPay, a global B2B payments company with over $10 billion in annual sales, she has been instrumental in driving international expansion, commercial transformation, and scalable go-to-market strategies across North America, Europe, and APAC. 
 
In addition to her executive role, Martha serves on the board of AltCap, a CDFI focused on inclusive economic development with $30M in assets. She is also an active angel investor with Mid-America Angels and Women’s Capital Connection, supporting early-stage, women-led, and tech-enabled ventures, and is an investor in the KCRise Fund. She has served as a mentor to entrepreneurs through her involvement with TechStars and the University of Missouri-Kansas City. 
 
Martha is a frequent speaker on commercial payments, inclusive leadership, and scaling innovation. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including Global Payments Professional of the Year (The Digital Banker, 2023), Women in Tech – Payments Software Provider Winner (Banking Tech Awards USA, 2023), Top 50 Women Chief Commercial Officers (Women We Admire, 2025), Women of Influence (Kansas City Business Journal, 2021) and Nuestra Latina Award (Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, 2026). In 2026, Martha was inducted into the International Women Forum, an invitation-only global network of preeminent women leaders. 
 
She holds a BA in Economics and International Business from Saint Louis University and an MA in Economics from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
