I am the (CXO) at Vault.bank, a digital-first banking platform built on the 128-year foundation of Bank of Brodhead in Wisconsin. With more than 20 years of experience across retail banking, commercial lending, and financial technology, my focus is on building modern banking experiences that combine innovation, trust, and customer-centered design.

At Vault.bank, I lead digital strategy, fintech partnerships, and product innovation aimed at helping community banks compete and thrive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. My work centers on strengthening consumer trust in digital banking while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and embedded finance to deliver smarter financial wellness tools for customers.

Beyond banking, I am deeply committed to mentorship and community development. I serve as the Head Wrestling Coach at Bryant & Stratton College, where I am building both men’s and women’s collegiate wrestling programs while mentoring student-athletes on leadership, discipline, and personal growth.

I am passionate about connecting technology, financial wellness, and human relationships to create stronger communities and more resilient financial institutions.
