Rachel Castro is currently SVP of Business Banking Partnerships & Channel Growth for U.S. Bank. She focuses on our banking, software, and payments growth levers to future proof the bank’s positioning in a changing landscape. Over the last 5 years her scope and charter have grown, starting with heading up strategy for one fintech acquisition and broadened to multiple acquisition integrations, business banking partnerships, channel revenue growth, digital acquisition, and strategy across business lines that serve small business needs. 
 
Prior to this role, Rachel spent 6 years with The Boston Consulting Group’s corporate incubation arm leading teams to invent, launch, and scale new businesses that leverage corporate assets and capabilities. 
 
Rachel graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Chinese language and English literature. She resides with her family in Hermosa Beach, CA.
