Rodrigo Suarez serves as Head of Partner Banking at Valley Bank, where he leads the bank’s partner banking strategy, overseeing fintech partnerships, embedded banking solutions, and payments platforms designed to support innovation-driven companies and unlock new sources of growth. He brings deep expertise in building and scaling modern banking infrastructure, with a focus on enabling collaboration between financial institutions and technology companies. 
 
Prior to joining Valley, Rodrigo served as Chief Banking Officer at Piermont Bank, where he built its partner banking, payments, and embedded finance business from inception into a platform supporting billions of dollars in payment volume and hundreds of millions in deposits. 
 
A recognized thought leader in fintech and digital banking, Rodrigo has spoken at leading industry events including Money20/20, Finovate, and the American Banker Digital Banking Conference.
