Sahej Suri is Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Dot Investors, a New York-based investment firm focused on late-stage growth equity and secondaries investing in fintech. The firm invests across banking, credit, payments, capital markets, wealthtech, and insurtech, including emerging areas such as AI and crypto/blockchain. 
 
Since founding the firm in 2025, Sahej has built one of the largest advisor networks in fintech, drawing senior leaders from Capital One, Robinhood, and McKinsey to source proprietary deal flow. Blue Dot's investments include Albert, DriveWealth, Kraken, Coverdash, and Forage. 
 
Prior to founding Blue Dot, Sahej was Principal and Chief of Staff to Nigel Morris at QED Investors, covering the firm's investments in Current, ClearScore, Mission Lane, and XpertSea. Before QED, he was a Private Equity Associate at TPG, where he worked on growth equity and buyout investments in fintech and financial services through the firm's Rise Fund, including Varo, InStride, Nerdy, Little Leaf, Nithio, UBQ, Climavision, and RefleXion. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan. Sahej holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
