When should I arrive/depart from Fintech Meetup?

We recommend arriving in Las Vegas on Sunday evening or earlier Monday Morning and leave no earlier than Wednesday night, February 24th. If you are an exhibiting sponsor, you’ll want to check the Exhibit Hall Schedule to make sure you arrive earlier and depart later in accordance with move-in and move-out hours.

Is there a dress code?

The Fintech Meetup experience includes conference days and party nights. Prepare for smart-casual attire. The average high temperature in February is 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius), while the average low is 41 degrees (5 degrees Celsius). Keep this in mind when preparing for the event - although it will be taking place indoors, we recommend bringing layers!

Will there be WiFi at the event?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided in the Exhibit Halls, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection from Venetian.

What do I do if I receive a solicitation from a third part to purchase the Fintech Meetup attendee list?

Fintech Meetup does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have not authorized any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply or speak to any organization claiming to sell the Fintech Meetup attendee list and do not share your credit card information.

At Fintech Meetup, prepare yourself for some fantastic food offerings! Lunch and breakfast are served daily, so that you can refuel. Between meals, you can also find plenty of snacks from our lounges and tea, coffee, & water served throughout the day.

Is there a registration deadline?

You can register to attend Fintech Meetup 2026 throughout the year and can even register onsite. If you would like to participate in Meetup you must register by February 9, 2027.

Are there any Exhibit Hall only or Day Pass tickets?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not offer any one day or Exhibit Hall-only tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Fintech, including sessions, Meetup, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private, specific to a particular group of attendees, or arranged by sponsors independently. We do not offer any partial attendance rates. If you are an Exhibitor and require a crew badge for your vendor to access the Exhibit Hall, please review our Badge Pickup and Crew Badge Guidelines .

I can no longer attend Fintech Meetup – Fees and Refunds

As stated in our Terms of Attendance and Participation , tickets to Fintech Meetup are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend Fintech Meetup, you can transfer your ticker to a colleague by logging into Visit Create using your email address as the username and ticket confirmation number as the password and clicking “Transfer Ticket”.

When and where do I pick up my badge?

Attendees can pick up their badge at the registration desk. The registration desk is located is to be announced and all ticketed attendees will receive instructions closer to the event.

When can I schedule meetings to take place at my booth in the Exhibit Hall?

All meetings can only be scheduled during the Exhibit Hall open hours: Monday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. All meeting participants must be registered Fintech Meetup attendee with a badge to access the Exhibit Hall. Attendees registered under a non-exhibiting company will not be allowed entry during move-in and move-out hours and will be advised to relocate or reschedule any meetings.

Can I bring my own food and beverage for my booth?

No, Venetian is the exclusive provider of food and beverage. This includes pre-packaged snacks, plastic water bottles, candy, etc. All catering must be ordered through Venetian . Outside food and/or beverage may result in large fines onsite.

Can I display balloons in my exhibit space?

Accepted Answer

No, balloons are prohibited. Please see the Exhibitor Display Rules and Regulation s for a complete guide of what is and isn’t allowed. Mylar and Helium balloons are NOT allowed at the Venetian Convention Center.

Can I bring a car or robot into my booth?

Please contact your Fintech Meetup Logistics Lead for vehicle and robot requirements. These items are subject to additional approvals, permits, and insurance requirements.

Can I fly a drone?

Is the Exhibit Hall carpeted?

Accepted Answer

Main aisle will be carpeted. Fintech Meetup will provide carpet for Turnkey spaces and Meeting Pods. We do provide flooring for Space Only. Flooring is MANDATORY. You may purchase through T3, bring your own with your portable pop-up booth or your EAC may provide. If you do not have flooring, you will be required to purchase at increased on-site rates.

Where can I order services and materials for my booth?

T3 is the official general contractor for Fintech Meetup Venetian is the exclusive provider of internet, cable and telephone services. Should you hire an EAC to build your booth, they must not perform any services exclusive to T3 or the venue.

Where should I ship my booth materials?

Accepted Answer

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend shipping in advance to the T3 Warehouse. Items must be delivered to the warehouse beginning January 19, 2027, to February 12, 2027. T3 also offers outbound shipping for your convenience during move-out. Please refer to the T3 shipping page for material handling rates, order forms, and shipping labels. Question 25

Will I be charged for material handling if I ship to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse?

Yes. Material Handling is the service to move and store your freight from the freight docks to your booth. This service includes off-loading from the delivery truck; delivery to your booth; removing empty crates and boxes; storing the crates and boxes during the show and returning them after the show: and finally, delivery of the crates and boxes to your carrier. This service is provided exclusively by T3. It is a one-time charge for incoming and outgoing. See the Material Handling page on T3 for more information, rates, and order forms.

What can I hand-carry into the Exhibit Hall?

As an Exhibitor you may “hand carry” certain items. Hand carry is defined as small items such as packages or cartons an Exhibitor can carry. Any mechanical assistance is limited to a small dolly or assistance from the hotel bellman. The assistance of any motorized device or pallet jack is NOT permitted. When Exhibitors hand carry, they may not access designated material handling areas. Exhibitors must use the main entrance of the facility. If your freight is being delivered by a carrier, you must use T3 to unload the freight and transport it to your booth or meeting room. You will also be charged a material handling fee. For more information on Material Handling, please visit T3. When the exhibit hall is open for all attendees, we will not allow luggage to be hand carried into the exhibit hall.

What are the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) guidelines?

EACs must read and comply with all show rules and regulations as outlined in the Exhibitor Display Rules & Regulations , Exhibitor Terms & Conditions , and the T3 Exhibitor Kit. EACs will be granted access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out only. EAC’s and subcontracted labor/vendors must register with Venetian. See more information HERE All exhibitors are required to submit a Permission to Exhibit and COI . The EAC may do this on your behalf. All EAC booth builds are required to receive Permission to Exhibit Certificates. Permission To Exhibit certificates will only be issued by our Health & Safety partner, Abraxys, once ALL required documents have been submitted and the review has been completed. Booth plans emailed to Abraxys directly will not be accepted.

Will there be Wifi in the Exhibit Hall?

Public WiFi will be available to all attendees at the event. However, the Wifi is only to be used for browsing the internet and/or checking email. We strongly recommend ordering a deicated hardline for your booth if your activation involves using Wifi. The attendee WiFi is not meant to be used by Exhibitors in their booth, and you may find it not strong enough for demonstrations of your product. To order internet for your booth, please order through the Venetian.

Can I distribute materials outside my booth?

No, distribution of materials outside of your booth or “flyering” is prohibited. You may not leave materials on tables or hand out materials on the aisles or entrances of the show. All promotional materials must be contained within your exhibit space.

All space only exhibitors are required to submit a Permission to Exhibit . All EAC booth builds are required to receive Permission to Exhibit Certificates. T3 booths and Self-Build/Portable Pop-up booths will not be issued a certificate but are required to certify insurance. Permission To Exhibit certificates will only be issued by our Health & Safety partner, Abraxys, once ALL required documents have been submitted and the review has been completed. Booth plans emailed to Abraxys directly will not be accepted.

What are the height and backwall limits for my booth?

Fintech Meetup utilizes the standard IAEE Line of Sight rule for all “space only” in-line booths. All In-Line and Peninsula booth are required to have a finished backwall that spans the length of the booth Booths 100-300sqft must have a 8 feet high backwall Sidewall Options for booth 100 to 200 sqft include: None Max 4 ft height for any 10 feet length The back 5 ft of the sidewall can reach up to 8ft high, while the front wall can reach a maximum of 4 ft. Booths 400 sq. ft. and above have an 18 ft high maximum and 8 ft high minimum (including the top of any rigged structure or banner) Island booths are NOT allowed a backwall Hanging signs & rigging is only allowed for booth 20’x20’ or larger Encore may need to place safety tie offs on any structure above 15 feet and 11 inches. Booth displays should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring Exhibitors.

Only booths 400sqft or larger are allowed hanging signs and rigging. All hanging signs and rigging is exclusively installed by Encore.

Can I conduct a raffle at my booth?

Please contact your Fintech Meetup Logistics Lead to get approval to host a raffle at your booth. These items are subject to additional approvals and permits from the Venetian and the Las Vegas Gaming Commission.

Can I bring a camera crew into my booth?

Accepted Answer

Exhibitors can have a photographer or videographer with approval, but they are restricted to filming only inside the booth. Filming outside the booth space is not permitted. Tripods, lights, and elaborate setups are not allowed in public areas, including aisles, due to fire marshal regulations. Contact your Logistics Lead for camera crew access to the Exhibit Halls. Photographers and/or Videographers must have a crew badge.
