Order online by January 22, 2027 to take advantage of discounted rates and make sure your booth is ready for the show.

For discounted rates, place your orders through the Venetian Exhibitor Services ordering site by January 22, 2027.

Create an account on the ordering site to access products and services available from The Venetian and its associated in-house vendors.

You'll need your booth number when placing orders for many exhibitor services.

Venetian Exhibitor Services and its associated vendors provide a range of services for exhibitors, including:

• Booth Cleaning**
• Food & Beverage / Catering**
• IT, Telecom & Internet Services**
• Electrical Services
• Rigging, Hanging Signs, Truss & Safety Tie-Offs through Encore

**Exclusive services: If you require one of these exclusive services, you must use the designated in-house vendor or contractor. Exhibitors cannot use another company to perform these services.

For non-exclusive services, exhibitors may use a vendor of their choice.

Encore is the exclusive provider for rigging, hanging signs, truss, and safety tie-offs at The Venetian.

There are a few important requirements to keep in mind:

• Rigging and hanging signs must first be approved by Show Management through the Permission to Exhibit Process.
• If a video or LED wall has truss built into its base, Encore must be involved. Submit a request through the Encore website. Engineering stamps may also be required.
• Structures over 15 ft 11 in may require safety tie-offs. Exhibitors must submit a rigging request to Encore, who will determine whether tie-offs are required or an exception can be granted.

If you're an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or third party placing an order on behalf of an exhibitor, you must follow The Venetian's specific ordering instructions.

EACs and third parties are also not permitted to perform services designated as exclusive to The Venetian's in-house service providers.

Venetian Exhibitor Service Desk

The Venetian Exhibitor Service Desk is located on Level 1 of the Convention Center and will be available to assist exhibitors onsite.

The service desk will operate during the same hours as Fintech Meetup's Move-In and Move-Out hours.
