You should assign 1 rep for every 10 meetings your organization has purchased
Required Meetup Steps
Review all Meetup deadlines and next steps in our Guidelines here! The process will begin on Monday, August 11th.Step 1: Complete Your Profile
Share details about yourself and why you are participating. Tell us your availability; you will only be scheduled for meetings and Tabletalks when you are available.
*** Profiles must be completed by the XXX stage or the individual will be unenrolled from Meetup.
Step 2: Request Meetings
Select who you want to meet with by reviewing profiles of everyone participagting and indicating if you are “Interested” or “Very Interested” in meeting with them.
*** If you have purchased hosted meetings, EVERY meeting rep must make Hosted Meeting Requests equal to at least 4x the number of Hosted Meetings your organization has purchased. If your organization has purchased 15 meetings, every rep should make 60 hosted meeting requests.
Step 3: Opt In to Requests
In this stage you’ll receive and opt-into requests from people who requested to meet with you in Step 2 that you didn’t also request. (in the event that both of you requested each other in Step 2 you’ve both already “opted-in” and those requests won’t be visible here.)
*** This is not the same as the Accept Stage – these meetings have not been scheduled, this stage is a chance to expand your pool of potential meeting candidates. The last day of Opt in stage is also the LAST day to update your availability.
Step 4: Accept Your Meetings
Accept your meetings that have been scheduled for you! You are only scheduled for meetings that have been double opted-into.
*** If you’re a meeting rep you MUST accept all of your hosted meetings. Any hosted meetings that are not accepted will not be eligible for credit.
Step 5: Accept Backfilled Meetings
Accept any additional or backfilled meetings that are scheduled for you.
Step 6: Accept Calendar Invites
You will receive a calendar invite for each scheduled meeting. You MUST accept ALL the calendar invites or the meetings will be considered cancelled by you.
