Gabriella Brignardello

Gabriella Brignardello is a Partner at Fika Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on backing pre-Series A B2B software companies. She leads investments in fintech and vertical AI, working closely with portfolio companies including Payabli, Clerq, MaxHome, and Dispatch. Prior to Fika, Gabriella was an investor at WndrCo, a consumer tech multi-stage fund, and began her career as a consultant at Parthenon in the industrials private equity practice. Outside of Fika, Gabriella is actively involved in fundraising and operational initiatives for Mi Casa de Angeles, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she founded in 2009 that is dedicated to improving the quality of education in underserved areas of Peru, her father’s home country. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University.
