NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED 

All catering must be ordered through Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services.

Food and beverage are an exclusive service of the venue. Outside food and beverage is not allowed and Exhibitors will be required to throw away any outside items brought into the event. The deadline to order food and beverage from Mandalay Bay is March 9th, 2026. 

Please ensure that all F&B is contained within your booth space. Startup kiosks are not permitted any F&B in their booth space. 

EXAMPLES OF OUTSIDE F&B THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE FACILITY: 

-Bottled Water 
-Juice 
-Coffee and Tea 
-Alcohol 
-Candy  
-Cookies 
-Chips 
-Crackers 
-Pastries
