Venetian Exhibitor Services is the in-house service provider for the Venetian. You can order products and services from their associated in-house vendors, by creating an account on their ordering site.
If you are an EAC or third party placing an order on behalf of an Exhibitor, you must follow specific ordering instructions. In addition, you must not perform any services that are exclusive to the in-house service providers.
Below is a breakdown of the services Venetian Services and their associated vendors provide to our Exhibitors:
- Booth Cleaning**
- Food & Beverage / Catering**
- IT, Telecom & Internet Services**
- Electric
- Encore exclusive services include Rigging, Hanging Signs, Truss and Safety Tie Offs (all rigging and hanging signs must be approved by Show Management through the Permission to Exhibit Process)
- Submit requests on their website or contact Encore through their distribution email: [email protected]
- If a Video or LED Wall has truss built into the base, Encore must be involved. Submit a request via their website. Engineering stamps may be required for truss.
- Any structure over 15ft and 11 inches may require safety tie offs from Encore. Exhibitors must submit a rigging request through the Encore website. Encore exclusively will determine if tie off are needed or an exception will be granted.
**Exclusive services. If an Exhibitor needs to order any of the listed services, they must use the vendor/contractor listed. Exhibitors are not allowed to use another company to perform these services, without exception. For all other services, Exhibitors may use a vendor of their choice.
Exhibitor Service Desk
Venetian has an exhibitor service desk located on Level 1 of the Convention Center. The Venetian Exhibitor Service Desk will be operate the same hours as Fintech Meetup's Move in and Move Out hours.
