Brian Kass
Senior Vice president of Corporate Development TruStage
Brian Kaas is senior vice president of corporate development at TruStage. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing a broad range of strategic transactions for the organization. Additionally, Brian serves as the president and managing director of TruStage Ventures, LLC, and oversees all aspects of its venture capital program. Brian is a frequent speaker on fintech trends and routinely advises credit unions on best practices for leveraging partnerships with fintechs. He also serves as a board member for several banking technology, lending, and fintech companies.
Prior to joining the company in 2012, Kaas was a law partner at Foley & Lardner. He has a broad range of legal and corporate experience in complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, reinsurance, and corporate restructurings. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a Juris Doctorate.
