Clare Herceg is an exited founder, operator, and cross-sector leader with 15+ years building and scaling products that improve people's wealth and health. She currently serves as VP of Growth at The Beans, a fintech building the Financial Operating System for the 40M teachers, healthcare, and public employees that comprise America’s Caring Class. Through its training, tools, and automations, The Beans offers an evidence-based solution to relieve employee financial stress and reduce turnover by 12%. In her role at The Beans Clare leads sales, strategic partnerships, and new market growth.
Prior to The Beans, Clare was the CEO and Founder of Let’s Get Set, a VC-backed mission-driven consumer fintech offering savings, lending, and tax solutions for low-wage parents. She also brings experience scaling and investing in economic empowerment solutions domestically and internationally. Clare has an M.B.A. from MIT focused on entrepreneurship and a B.A. from Princeton in Public Policy.
