Esteban is the Founder and CEO of 3 Degrees, a platform helping banks, credit unions, and fintechs compete in the rapidly evolving world of international payments.

3 Degrees enables financial institutions to offer modern cross-border payments through a single platform supporting any country, any currency (fiat or stablecoins), and any payment rail from SWIFT, real-time payments, global ACH, mobile money, or cash networks.

By simplifying the infrastructure behind global payments, 3 Degrees helps financial institutions expand capabilities, grow revenue and deposits, and deliver a modern experience to their customers and members.

Prior to founding 3 Degrees, Esteban was part of the Corporate Strategy teams at two of the world’s largest payments companies, FIS and Worldpay. This experience gave him deep insight into both the opportunities in cross-border payments and the operational realities financial institutions face.

Esteban began his career in banking at Citigroup and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
