Chief Product Officer Green Dot
As Chief Product Officer, Melissa leads the strategy, design, development and delivery of all financial products at Green Dot. Her focus is on identifying core financial solutions that create a seamless and intuitive customer experience. She is responsible for leading new product initiatives, implementing solutions across multiple platforms, and driving strategy at an executive level.
Prior to joining Green Dot, Melissa held roles at Discover Financial Services, Great Wolf Resorts, E*TRADE and Komatsu Financial. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, her roles have focused on digital and product transformations alongside the development and delivery of financial product experiences.
Melissa holds an MS in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is also the founder of the Brett Robert Jostes Scholarship for Girls Going into STEM.
