Ryan Breslow is a founder and operator focused on how people buy, pay, and work. He is the founder and CEO of Bolt, the commerce and financial technology company that simplifies online checkout and makes one-click purchasing accessible to merchants of all sizes.
At Bolt, Ryan led the company through rapid scale and expansion beyond checkout, including the launch of the Bolt SuperApp, which combines peer-to-peer payments, mobile banking, crypto trading, and other consumer financial tools in a single platform.
Ryan is also known for taking a systems-driven approach to workplace design. At Bolt, he ended unlimited PTO in favor of clearer time-off policies and replaced traditional HR with a People Operations model focused on accountability, performance, and employee support.
He is also the founder and CEO of Love.com, a commerce platform focused on reducing toxins and waste in consumer products while supporting independent brands. Ryan has additionally founded The Family Fund, The Movement, and Conscious Culture.
