Andrew Lambert
Head of Product Cross River
Andrew Lambert is Head of Product at Cross River, overseeing Payments, Banking, Cards, and Lending. His expertise lies in product management, go to market, analytics, and scaling from 1 onward. Prior to his current role, Andrew was Senior Director of Card Issuing and BaaS at Cross River, where he led the Cards and BaaS Product teams. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in Cards, Financial Services, and Fintech. Prior to Cross River, he was the Global Head of Card Products as Railsr (formerly Railsbank) where he led the product team responsible for Cards and BIN sponsorship globally. He has previously spent time at Green Dot leading the BaaS Product team, and at Mastercard where he held several different Product, Account Management and Customer Implementation roles. Andrew helped launch Qantas card, the first embedded prepaid travel and airline loyalty proposition as well as the first health & wellness embedded credit card. When Andrew is not thinking about Cards and BaaS, he enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on his kids' sporting events.
