Karl Fischer is the Vice President of Sales Optimization at JG Wentworth, where he leads strategy and operations to maximize sales center efficiency and performance. His scope includes outbound dialing strategy, sales routing, CCaaS management, and the integration of AI-driven tools that enhance agent effectiveness, customer experience, and operational insight.
With over 30 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500, private equity, and SaaS environments, Karl specializes in transforming customer engagement through data-driven decisioning and scalable process design. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), bringing deep expertise in performance optimization and continuous improvement.
Karl holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo. He also serves on the advisory board of atTAcK Addiction in Delaware, contributing his skills to community-based initiatives.
